Design Process:
Consulations are completely free and our pricing is fully transparant. The product is manufactured completely bespoke and to your requirements. The final price cannot be realised until a collaborartive design process has been carried out. We can provide estimates based upon initial questions and assumptions and most people come in to the showroom to view our full size show model and look at examples of vertical systems and have the chance to operate the system up close. This is an iterative process, allowing for revisions and refinements to achieve the perfect design solution. Sometimes a site visit may be necessary to ensure the efficacy of the design.
Sign Off & Lead Times:
Nothing goes into production until you are happy that the design is right. Once approved and deposit is paid we go into production and we have one of the fastest turnarounds in the business at just 5 weeks! Delivery is expected to take up to 2 weeks.
Survey Information:
Unlike many other companies we will happily look at enabling the project should there be a requirement to create an adequate base to install on and this will need to be surveyed.
Enabling Works:
Enabling an installation and work required to do so can affect the price. We specialise in patios as well, so our customers usually consider a package! Enabling works and associated works will be itemised seperately to the Pergola Supply and Installation and will be charges alongside as a "package deal". Enabling work retention shall be due in any event if the work is carried out correctly and if the pergola installtion cannot be completed in the time allocated through circumstances out of our control. In very rare circumstances products may arrive damaged for example.

Warranty:
The Bio-Cube has a 5 year all parts warranty as standard. We are confident that our product will stand the test of time and all the componensts are robust and well designed and of superior quality.
